Pay By Touch and eBank Systems have signed an agreement which calls for eBank to market Pay By Touch's biometric cheque-cashing service, Paycheck Secure, to its customers. eBank provides software and services to U.S. community banks, while Pay By Touch is a San Francisco-based biometric payments firm. Paycheck Secure allows customers to cash payroll or government cheques with a finger scan to authenticate their identity.
